Seneca Sheriff arrests two in T-burg domestic

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 01-03-13 at 09:25 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Charles G. Santymer age 31 of Seneca Road in Trumansburg, NY and Barbara A. Fenton of the same address for endangering the welfare of a child.The charge stems from a domestic incident at the residence where both parties continue to get physical with each other in front of a three yr old child. Fenton was issued an appearance ticket. and Santmyer was taken for a n arraignment at the Town Of Seneca Falls Court where a class A” order of protection was issued for Santmyer to stay away from Fenton and the three yr old child.Fenton and Santmyer are to appear in the Town Of Covert Court on January 28th 2013 at 10:00am to answer to the charge.
