On 01/04/2013 at 10:38 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested David R. Fridley, age 20, of Seneca Falls. Police responded to a residence on State Rte 414 where Fridley allegedly was refusing to leave which caused an altercation to occur.While interviewing Fridley police found him in possession of marijuana. Fridley was then charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Attempted Sale of Marijuana 4th. Fridley was then arraigned at the Village of Waterloo Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 ins bond. Fridley has to appear back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 1/09/2013 at 10:00AM.
