On Wednesday around 7:00 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested William M. Fayette age 27, of Auburn for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating with an expired inspection.This resulted from a property damage motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 5 and Lamb Road.Fayette is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 24th 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
