W’loo, Lyons men arrested on narcotics charges

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit recently arrested four individuals following drug investigations throughout Seneca County.SantilliDominic J. Santilli, age 62, of 371 East Main Street, Apartment 108, Waterloo, New York, was arrested on January 4, 2013, and charged with:*Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the second degree, a Class A-II Felony*Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony*Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (3 counts), Class B Felonies*Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, Class A Misdemeanor It is alleged that Santilli sold oxycodone and hydrocodone in the Village of Waterloo on two different occasions. It is also alleged that Santilli possessed a large quantity of oxycodone and a small quantity of Zolpidem Tartrate in his residence. Santilli was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail/$40,000 secured bond. Santilli is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on January 8, 2013 at 10am. ClackTre J. Clack, age 20, of 8929 Lyons-Marengo Road, Lyons, New York, was arrested on January 3, 2013 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree. It is alleged that Clack was in possession of oxycodone while on Burgess Road in the Town of Waterloo. Clack was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. Clack is to reappear in the Waterloo Town Court on January 10, 2013 at 5pmThe Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit made the following arrests at the end of 2012… Amber L. Dyson, age 20, of 28 Auburn Road, Apartment C4, Seneca Falls, New York, was arrested on December 19, 2012 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree. It is alleged that Dyson was in possession of oxycodone while on Burgess Road in the Town of Waterloo. Dyson was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and was released on her own recognizance. Dyson is to reappear in the Waterloo Town Court on January 10, 2013 at 5pm.Christine L. Maddox, age 41, no permanent address, was arrested on November 7, 2012, and charged with Criminal Sale of Marihuana in the fourth degree. It is alleged that Maddox sold a quantity of marihuana in the Village of Waterloo. Maddox was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date. At the time of the arrest, Maddox was incarcerated on unrelated charges in the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
