On December 28th 2012 at 12:38 Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mason R. Roche age 23 of Gainesville, NY (Chautauqua County) issued a bad check. It is alleged that Roche issued a bad check to a Town of Seneca Falls business in October of 2011 in the amount of $107.00. Roche was arraigned before Town of Waterloo Justice Folk and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond. Roche will have to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date
