At about 5:20 this morning, 56 year old Darlene Smith of Rochester was arrested at the Clifton Springs Hospital Emergency Unit in the Village of Clifton Springs.She is accused of attacking a male nurse while being discharged as a patient from the emergency department, ripping the nurses shirt and causing scratches to his wrists. She is being charged with Criminal Mischief and Harassment.Smith was committed to the Ontario County Jail and will appear at Clifton Springs Village Court at a later date.
