Antonio C. Castellaneta, age 35 of Watkins Glen, was arrested by Penn Yan Police on Sunday evening at 11:04 pm following a traffic stop on Brown St. for driving on a suspended license.Two suspensions originated our of the Town of Horseheads and another out of the Town of Big Flats.Castellaneta was arraigned in the Town of Benton Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail on $200 bail. He will answer the charges in the Village of Penn Yan Court at a later date.
