Penn Yan police arrested Robert R. Yonge, age 42, of Dresden on Friday night after a report of an intoxicated male causing problems.Younge was alleged to have entered a local business and consumed a beer without paying.While being interviewed by Penn Yan Police, Yonge was found to be in possession of marijuana and a smoking pipe.Yonge was charged with Petit Larceny and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned in Milo Town Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail on $750 cash or $1,500 bond. He will reappear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.
