Yesterday in boy’s Section III basketball action Auburn edges East Syracuse Minoa 73-66. The win improves Aurburn to a 5-1-0 record in 2012-13. Aurburn was only out shot by East Syracuse Minoa in one of the four quarters played. Aurburn’s Trent Ward and Mike Charles each had 20-point games while teammate Kareef Rufus added an additional 14 points. James Feocco chipped in 12 points respectively. Sean Richardson of East Syracuse Minoa had a 20-point game while teammate Jeff McDuffie chipped in 20 points in the loss. Aurburn will be next in action on January 3, 2013 when the team travels to Oswego for a 7pm tip-off.
