Ontario Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 72-year-old Clifton Springs man late Thursday afternoon after he threatened two men with a gun. Why would this senior citizen threaten these men? Deputies say because they dumped snow in front of his Hibbard Avenue house.Paul David Burnett allegedly pulled out a handgun from its holster and told the men he would shoot them. Burnett does possess a valid NYS Pistol permit for the weapon.The handgun and was secured by deputies along with additional firearms.Burnett was charged with menacing in Clifton Springs Village Court and released. Orders of protection were issued on behalf of the two men he allegedly threatened.
