On Sunday at approximately 3:31 AM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel Stibol, age 29 of Rochester, NY. Police were dispatched to the area of 5&20 for a report of a intoxicated driver operating a white box truck. Police observed the vehicle at speeding in a posted speed zone and was able to conduct a traffic stop of the vehicle on the Ovid Street Bridge. While speaking with the driver, Stibol, police found him to be intoxicated.Stibol was then charged with DWI, Speed in Zone, Failure to keep Right and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC Greater than .08% and was arraigned at the Village of Waterloo Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bail $3,000 ins bond. Stibol has to appear back at the Town of Seneca Falls COurt on Jaunuary 9, 2013 at 9:00AM.
