North Rose-Wolcott beat Red Creek 56-50 yesterday in Section V boy’s basketball action. The win evens North Rose-Wolcott ’s record out at 2-2-0 while the loss marks Red Creek’s seventh consecutive loss of the season.North Rose-Wolcott s Chris Dean led all scoring with 24 points. Dean also had 12 rebounds while teammate Cody Kerr added another 10 points in the win. Jacob Slobe of Red Creek had 22 points. North Rose-Wolcott will next be in action on December 27-28 at the Wayne basketball tournament. Red Creek will look for their first win of the season on December 28, 2012 when they host Tyburn-Academy. Red Creek’s game is scheduled to have a 5pm tip-off.
