Jordan-Elbridge fell to Solvay 65-42 yesterday in Section III boy’s basektball action. The win improves Solvay’s record tp 4-2-0 on the season while the loss drops Jordan-Elbridge to 1-5-0 in 2012-13. Solvay out shot Jordan-Elbridge in each of the four quarters played yesterday. Nick Filippi led all scoring with 21 points for Solvay. He also had 5 assists. Sal Tartaro added 13 points respectively in the win. Kyle Matousek of Jordan-Elbridge had 16 points while teammate Zach Wagner added another 15 points. Jared Bard chipped in another 10 points. Jordan-Elbridge will be back in action on January 8, 2013 when they host Institute of Technology Central. The game is scheduled to start at 7pm.
