The Finger Lakes Daily News reports arrests after an investigation into drugs by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Dept. Members of the Department’s Office of Narcotics and Uniform Road Patrol executed a search warrant at 2 Fall Street, Apt 13, in Seneca Falls.Items seized included morphine, marihuana, phenobarbitol, drug packaging materials, weapons and a quantity of cash.Those arrested were Ryan M Hampp, 32 of 2 Fall Street, Apt. 13 and Kariann E. Zegar, 24 of 2 Fall Street, Apt. 8.Hampp was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, 4 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd. Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Mr. Hampp was arraigned in Town Court and remanded to Seneca County Correctional Facility. He is to reappear in Court Dec. 21st.Kariann Zegar was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihauana and released with an appearance ticket. Zegar is to appear in Town Court on Jan. 10th.The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the execution of the search warrant.
