Juveniles arrested in Fayette burglary

On 12/11/2012, at 8:40 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary alarm at a Town of Fayette business. Deputies discovered that a forced entry had been made along with beer and cigarettes being stolen. Two juvenile suspects were apprehended not far from the scene. The juveniles, both males, age 13 and 14 were subsequently charged as juvenile delinquents for:Burglary in the third degree, Criminal Mischief in the third degree and Petit Larceny. Both juveniles were issued appearance tickets to appear at Seneca County Probation at a later date to answer the charges.The New York State Police assisted at the scene.
