Seneca County Sheriff’s investigators arrested Joshua Moriarity,21, an inmate of the Seneca County Correctional Facility for the offense of Assault in the Second Degree a class D felony.It is alleged that Moriarity struck another inmate causing injuries. Moriarity was arraigned before Town of Romulus Justice Gruele and remanded back to the Correctional Facility to reappear in Town of Romulus Court on 01-19-2013 at 10:30 am to answer the charges.The victim inmate was treated by Facility Medical staff.
