Seneca Falls Police arrested Helen E. Hullings, age 50, of Penn Yan, NY on December 14th, 2012 at 2 pm for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree.It is alleged that Hullings stole $3,300 in cash from a Town of Seneca Falls business where she was employed on September 29th, 2012.Hullings was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Hon. Brian Laird and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $3000 cash/$6000 bond and is to reappear in Town Court on December 20th at 1 pm.
