On December 8th, 2012 at approximately 12:50am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Elizabeth A. Prentice age 31 of 3 Stewart Street Waterloo New York, 13165 on an arrest warrant for issuing a bad check back in August of this year. Prentice was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of acting Justice Laird where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250.00 cash bail, $500.00 insurance bond. Prentice is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on January 9th, 2012 at 10:00am for her next hearing.
