Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on December 1st, 2012 at 9:48 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jeffrey A. Sussman age 30, of 1109 Cunningham Drive Victor, New York with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after a traffic stop on State Route 414 in the Town of Tyre. Sussman was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear before the Town of Tyre Court on January 8th, 2013 at 5:00PM to answer the charge.
