The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 12-6-12 at 728pm, Deputies arrested 23 year old Nicholas P. Clancy age 23 from 1505 East Genesee St. Syracuse N.Y. for Grand Larceny 4th, a Class E Felony. It is alleged that Clancy stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise from a Town of Junius business. Deputies observed Clancy walking out of the business with the stolen items and he was subsequently arrested.Clancy was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bond.A felony hearing was set for 12-11-12 at 7:30pm in the Town of Junius Court.
