The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on December 6th, 2012 at 11:23 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mathew T. Jones, age 16, of Interlaken, for Harassment in the second degree and Criminal Contempt in the first degree, a class E felony. The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Jones shoved a female during an altercation while there was an active order of protection in effect. Jones was arraigned before the Town of Lodi Court and was committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash bail. Jones is to reappear before the Town of Lodi Court on December 20th, 2012 at 10:00AM.
