State Police say a man was struck and killed by a van early Thursday afternoon in Manchester.According to State Police, two men were loading a van onto a flatbed truck on the southbound lane of County Road 7 in the Town of Manchester when a minivan traveling south struck one of the men, killing him. The other man was able to avoid the oncoming vehicle and was uninjured.The operator of the van was taken to the hospital.WHAM has a photo from the scene.YNN also has posted a photo from the scene.More information will be posted as it becomes available.
