On 11/29/12 at approximately 8:45 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tyler J. Parshall, age 21, of 4490 Dilts Road, Romulus, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree following a traffic stop. Parshall’s vehicle was stopped after he was observed by town police crossing the double-solid line. A DMV check showed Parshall’s license to be suspended and that he had a prior Aggravated Unlicensed Operation conviction. He was also charged with Failure to Keep Right and arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court. He was committed to the SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 12/12/12 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.On 12/02/12 at approximately 4:40 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ashley A. Wiliams, age 22, of 62 North Exchange Street, Geneva, NY on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court for Failure to Appear. She was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and committed to the SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond. She has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/12/12 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charge.On December 3rd, 2012 Seneca Falls Police arrested Robert J. Mcdermott age 44 of 55 1/2 River Street Homer New York, 13077 for failure to pay an imposed fine. Mcdermott was arraigned in front of Justice Scapio in Fayette Town Court. Mcdermott posted bail at arraignment and was released to appear on another date. On December 4th, 2012 Seneca Falls Police arrested Felix Cruz age 24 of 54 Lewis Street Geneva New York, 14456 on an arrest warrent for failing to register as a sex offender with a prior offense. Cruz was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of acting Justice Laird where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash bail, $2000.00 insurance bond. Cruz is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on December 10th, 2012 at 4:00pm for his next hearing.
