FLCC’s Campus Gate completed early

Construction to renovate Campus Gate at Finger Lakes is completed early and under budget, and the off-campus housing for Finger Lakes Community College students is nearly 100 percent occupied, according to Mascia Development LLC.The real estate development firm announced today that 98.1 percent of the 216 beds have been leased, which is above proforma occupancy. Mascia Development invested more than $2 million to completely renovate the former Heritage Hall property at 4350 Lakeshore Drive.
