On 12/1/2012 at approximately 1:43AM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Annilace P. Wills, age 30 of 3 Porter Street Seneca Falls. Police responded to the residence for a complaint of a domestic incident.On scene officers observed damage throughout the residence and a victim that physically assaulted.While interviewing both parties on scene officers then found that Wills was also in possession of two hypodermic needles. Wills was then charged with two counts of Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument and two counts of Harassment 2nd. Wills was then arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court in front of Judge Joseph Sapio where she was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of no bail. Wills, due to her intoxication level is being brought back to the town of Fayette Court on 12/1/2012 at 10:00AM.
