The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on November 28th, 2012 at 01:58AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Andrew TJ Everett, 24, of 12 W Elizabeth St Waterloo, on Armitage Rd in the Town of Tyre.He was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with BAC .18% or higher.Sheriff’s Deputies report that they responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle and upon investigating the complaint, found that Everett had lost control of his vehicle and driven off the road into the ditch. Everett was uninjured and the vehicle sustained no damage and was towed from the scene. Everett was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and released on his own recognizance and is to appear before the Town of Tyre Court on December 5th 2012 to answer the charges.
