On 11/22/12 at 1859 hrs Sheriffs Deputies report that several Fire Departments responded to 2872 Swick Road in the Town of Romulus for a trailer fire. Ovid, Romulus, Fayette and Varick Fire Departments responded to the fully engulfed trailer owned by Dennis Sandifur of 555 Dryden Hartford Road in Dryden NY.The trailer was a total loss and was insured. The trailer was being rented by Reanna Hunecke age 22, Hayle Littlefield age 29, and Thomas Tyman age 37, none of whom were home at the time of the fire.The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Seneca County Fire Investigation Team. The tenants are being assisted by the Red Cross.
