SFPD sobriety checkpoint nets multiple arrests

On November 21st, 2012 the Seneca Falls Police Department in conjunction with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, the New York State Police and the New York State Park Police conducted a sobriety checkpoint resulting in several arrests. The checkpoint resulted in : one DWAI-drugs arrest, one DWI with a child in vehicle “Leandra’s Law”, one Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree arrest, one Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree arrest, six Unlawful Possession of Marijuana arrests, four open containers arrests along with several traffic citations.
