On 11.20.2012 @ 12:23 AM, Seneca Falls Town Police arrested Sarah R. Cerino, age 24, of 29 Wycliffe Road Waterloo, New York 13165. Police stopped (traffic) Cerino on Rumsey Street and as a result charged Cerino with Operating w/o Lights and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree.Cerino was released on UTT’s for a Seneca Falls Town Court appearance of 12.13.2012 @ 10:00 AM to answer the charges.
