On Sunday night, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 1185 Birdsey Rd., Waterloo, NY, for the report of a domestic dispute. Upon investigating the incident, Deputies arrested Michael S. Green, age 38, of the above address, and charged him with Harassment 2nd and Menacing 3rd. Green was arraigned at the Town of Junius Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail. He is scheduled to reappear on 12/20/2012 at 7:00PM. A class “A” Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
