On 11/17/2012 following a traffic stop on Rt. 96 in Fayette, John J. Joyce of John Street in Seneca Falls was arrested. Mr. Joyce, 42 was stopped for speeding by Seneca County Sheriff deputies who then discovered Joyce was in an intoxicated state. Mr. Joyce was arrested was arrested for felony DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. Tickets were issued for speeding, refusing to submit to a test for intoxication and operating a vehicle in violation of a conditional license.Mr. Joyce was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond and will appear on November 20th for a felony hearing.
