The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested John J. Joyce, Jr., 42, of 5 Johnston St., Seneca Falls,NY, on 11/17/12 following a traffic stop on St Rt 96a in the Town of Fayette. Deputies report that Joyce was stopped for speeding and during the traffic stop Deputies discovered that Joyce was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. Joyce was arrested for Felony DWI and Unlawful possession of marijuana. Joyce was issued traffic tickets for speeding, refusing to submit to a chemical test for intoxication as well as Operating in Violation of a conditional drivers license. Joyce was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 insured bond and is to re appear on November 20th at 3pm for a felony hearing.
