On November 15th, 2012 at approximately 6:23am Seneca Falls Police arrested Todd Kilburn age 32 of 1400 Elm Circle Camillus New York, 13031 for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating while registration suspended, speed in zone, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.This arrest stemmed from a traffic stop conducted on State Route 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls.Kilburn was released on uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on December 6th, 2012 at 10:00am to answer his charges.
