Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputies responded to a structure fire at 2285 Pre-Emption St in the Town of Waterloo. Deputies report a residential structure and shed containing a piece of heavy equipment suffered extensive damage after catching fire on November 4th 2012 at approx 1:44 AM.The Border City Fire Department responded to the scene and quickly extinguished the fire with assistance from the Waterloo, Geneva, Junius, Phelps and Oak’s Corners Fire Department’s.The Seneca County Fire Investigation Team ruled the fire as accidental.North Seneca Ambulance and the American Red Cross also assisted at the scene
