On 11-11-12 at 5:50 PM Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a one car minor personal injury accident that occurred on State Route 96 in the Town of Romulus.A vehicle driven by Jaclyn A Kvasnicka age 25 of Watertown was northbound when she struck a deer that had entered the road. Kvasnicka suffered some minor abrasions on her arm from the air bag. A passenger in the vehicle Adam J Good age 28 of 309 North Daniels St Springfield Illinois suffered a minor cut to his foot.Both driver and passenger were treated at the scene by South Seneca Ambulance. The vehicle sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene.
