Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Kalenna E. Partin age 29 of 5040 State Route 414 Romulus, NY 14541.Partin was arrested on a warrant issued out of the Village of Waterloo Court charging her with three counts of Offering a false instrument for filing in the 1st degree and one count of Welfare fraud 3rd degree.The charges stem from an investigation following multiple incidents where it is alleged that Partin provided false information to Seneca Coun ty Division of Human Services in order to receive food stamp benefits which she was not entitled to. Partin was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on December 5th 2012 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
