On November 4, 2012 at approximately 1:23AM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Ian C. Richardson, age 23, of 605 State Rte 96 Phelps, NY. Officer’s conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was observed running a red light on Bridge Street, which police found Richardson to be the operator. While interviewing Richardson, Officer’s smelled marijuana and alcohol coming from Richardson’s vehicle.Officers then administered field sobriety tests to Richardson which he then failed. At the completion of the traffic stop police also located several marijuana smoking pipes and marijuana inside the vehicle.Richardson was then charged with UPM and DWI and was transported to Geneva General Hospital for a blood draw. Richardson was then issued UTT’s and was released to a third party. Richardson has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 15, 2012 at 10:00AM.
