W’loo PD arrests man, seeks another for shoplifting

Waterloo Police Department arrested Caine S. Williams, age 20, from Bronx, NY, on 11/4/12 at 01:00 hrs for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, following a shop lifting complaint from a Waterloo business. Police were stopping to interview a black male nicknamed ‘Boston’ that was walking with Williams and two others on E. Elizabeth St, when ‘Boston’ fled on foot and was pursued by police. Police then located Williams and the other two individuals inside a Church St apartment, where Williams was found to have a switchblade knife and a small quantity of marijuana on him.Williams was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to SCCF on $1200/$2400 bail. He is to answer the charges on 12/5/12.Waterloo Police are looking to identify ‘Boston’, who is described as a dark skinned black male, approximately 20 years old, about 5’10” tall, thin build, and said to be residing in the Geneva area.
