On November 4, 2012 the Waterloo Police Department arrested Ronald K. Jones age 50 of Waterloo, NY for Attempted Unlawful Surveillance in the second degree. It is alleged that Jones captured photographs of the groin area of a Village of Waterloo resident in an attempt to view her intimate parts.Jones was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash bail or $5000 secured bond. A future court date of December 5, 2012 was set for Jones to answer the charge. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
