On November 5, 2012 the Waterloo Police Department arrested Vincent M. Testa age 25 of Syracuse, NY 13208 for Criminal Trespass 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd degree following an investigation into a domestic violence complaint that occurred on October 22, 2012.It is alleged that Testa remained in a Village of Waterloo’s residence after being told to leave, threatened to kill the resident and then damaged property all in front of two young children. Testa was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Barto where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash bail or $10000 secured bond. A future court date of December 5, 2012 was set for Testa to answer the charges. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of all the victims.
