A call to 911 resulted in a suspect being arrested for burglary in Ithaca last nite. Police say Bret Heroy was spotted in the shrubbery outside a building on West Seneca Street.Officials say signs of forced entry were found and the suspect was found with burglary tools. Some property was also found to be missing. Mr. Heroy was charged with 3rd degree burglary.
