The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on October 31, 2012 at 6:15 pm Sheriff Deputies responded to a one car personal injury motor vehicle accident on State Route 89 in the Town of Fayette.A 2002 Mitsubishi, being operated by Lisa A Dyson, age 50, of 394 Bostwick Rd, Waterloo was northbound on Rt 89 when it went off the roadway on the east side, striking a guard rail and then coming to rest in a small creek.Two passengers in the vehicle, Sara G Incarnato, age 33 and Zachary T Incarnato, age 3, both of 61 West Bayard St Seneca Falls.Lisa Dyson and Sara Incarnato were both flown to Upstate Medical Hospital via Mercy Flight. Zachary Incarnato was transported to Upstate Medical Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance.The vehicle was towed from the scene. The accident is still under investigation by Sheriff’s deputies.
