The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 10-31-12 at 1122 hrs deputies arrested Devita M Young, 18, of Rochester, NY on a charge of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree.The charge stems from an incident where it is alleged that Young was in possession of stolen property in the Town of Romulus. Young was arraigned before the Town of Lodi court and committed on $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 secured bond and is to appear 11-02-12 at 10:00 am for further court action.
