On October 25, 2012 at approximately 8:46PM, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Edward M. Leonard, age 59 of 45 Walnut Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Leonard was arrested for DWAI Drug when police received a 911 call from a motorists stating that the vehicle which Leonard was operating was all over the roadway. Once Stopped by Police, Leonard was then administered field sobriety which he alledgedly failed. Leonard was then placed into custody where he later gave consent for a chemical blood draw. Leonard was then issued a UTT and released. Leonard is to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on November 1, 2012 at 10:00AM to answer to his charge.The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on 10-26-12 at 12:18am, officers arrested Dale M. French Jr, age 39, of 1 Gould Ave Seneca Falls, NY on an Arrest Warrant for harassment 2nd. The warrant was issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court in April 2012 after an incident where it is alleged that French struck another Town of Seneca Falls resident in the face. French was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility on $1000 cash/$2000 insured bond bail. French is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11-14-12 at 9:00am.The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on 10-26-12 at 4:20am, officers arrested Nicholas A. Wheeler, age 20, of 74 State St Seneca Falls, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a motor vehicle with .08% BAC or higher. The charges stem from a complaint received that Wheeler was intoxicated while operating a vehicle at a local Seneca Falls business. Wheeler was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11-1-12 at 10:00.The Seneca Falls Police Department reportes that officers arrested Terry J. Altimari, age 49, of 2 Fall St Apt 10 Seneca Falls, for Driving While Intoxicated, Operating with .08% BAC or higher, Aggravated DWI (.18% BAC or higher), and Speed not reasonable. Officers report the charges stem from a property damage motor vehicle accident where Altimari struck a pile of gravel in a parking lot in the Town of Seneca Falls and was found to be intoxicated. Altimari was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11-8-12 at 10:00am.
