Weapons seized from Waterloo apartment – FingerLakes1.com Archive

10-25-12 Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit Investigators arrested Brian E. Swinehart, 32, of 10 Swift Street, Apartment D, Waterloo, New York, following a joint investigation with the Waterloo Police Department into suspected alleged drug activity at his residence. Members of the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, Uniform Road Patrol and Criminal Investigation Division along with members of the Waterloo Police Department executed a search warrant at 10 Swift Street, Apartment D, in the Village of Waterloo.A quantity of Marihuana, US currency, drug paraphernalia and two weapons were seized from the residence during the search warrant execution. Swinehart was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, Class D Felonies and one count of Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the Fifth Degree.
