Unlicensed driver goes over embankment in Seneca Falls

On Tuesday morning at approximately 11:30 am, the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to the intersection of Bauer Road and East River Road for the report of motor vehicle over an embankment.The vehicle was being operated by Brandy L. Fry, age 27 of 7305 South Main Street Ovid NY 14521. Fry was the sole occupant of the vehicle. Fry was found to have been operating the motor vehicle while her license privileges were suspended.Fry was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Thrid Degree, failed to stop at a stop sign, speed not prudent and failed to use designated lane. Fry is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on November 1, 2012 at 10 am to answer the charges. The Seneca Falls Police were assisted by Seneca Falls Fire Department, North Seneca Ambulance and Waterloo Police Department.
