Two arrested for crack cocaine sale in Geneva

On Friday night at 7 pm Geneva City Police Department, Members of the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit concluded an investigation into the transport of crack cocaine from the City of Rochester for sale in the City of GenevaAt the conclusion of the traffic stop on Hamilton Street two subjects are in custody and approximately 2000.00 dollars of packaged ready for sale crack cocaine was seized. An amount of marihuana and currency was also seized in the investigation.ARRESTED: Christopher T. Brinson Jr. 26 YOA, 291 E. North Street, Geneva, New York charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, B Felony and was held on 25000/50000 and is currently on NYS Parole.ARRESTED: Jessica A. Smith, 29 YOA, 91 St RT 318, Phelps, NY was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and held for arraignment. Additional charges are pending against Ms. Smith.
