On October 20, 2012, at 01:25 AM the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Alan D. Derby, age 52, of East Main Street, Waterloo NY forAggravated DWI .18% or more blood alcohol content, Driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, improper right hand turn and operating without a license.Mr. Derby was stopped on East Williams Street after almost striking a police car while he was making a turn and operating in the opposite lane. Mr. Derby was issued traffic tickets and is due back Waterloo Village court on 11-14-12.
