A 16-year-old youthful offender from Geneva was arrested at Penn Yan Village Court on Tuesday after an investigation into an incident at a location on Keuka Street in Penn Yan on September 22, 2012.The teen was charged with 2 counts of unlawfully dealing with a child, 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and 2 counts of sexual misconduct.It is alleged that the girl provided alcohol to two fourteen year olds and engaged in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl.He was originally in Village Court to answer the charge of unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 that stemmed from the original incident.The youth was arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail on $100 cash and $200 bond. He will reappear in court at a later date.
