On October 12, 2012 at approximately 12:08AM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Leah A. Woodard, age 18, of Lodi NY following the investigation of a hit and run accident on Chapin Street.It was determined that a vehicle driven by Woodard had caused the accident and it was located on Green Street where she taken into custody. Woodard was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Unsafe Backing.Woodard was released and is to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 18, 2012 at 10:00AM to answer to her charges.
